We are DTC Construction, a recently incorporated Limassol Construction Company. We specialise in both Residential and Commercial construction projects, and we have extensive experience in both building renovations and brand new constructions.
Our founder and current Managing Director, Mr. Theodoros Timotheou has an extensive background in the Cyprus construction industry, with a collective experience spanning over 25 years.

Throughout my +25 years on the “front lines” of the Cyprus building and construction industry, I witnessed first hand the lack of honesty, integrity and quality work that clients in Cyprus have to endure when dealing with a construction project.
These experiences were the driving force for me to launch DTC Construction – a construction company with the client as the main focus.
