This project features the concept-design to construction of a classical style residential property in the picturesque Limassol suburb of Pareklissia. 

PROJECT SUMMARY DATA:

• Undertaking of complete construction works from the creation of property foundations to building the entire structure according to the latest safety protocols. 
• Construction of state-of-the art electricity, heating, plumbing and sewage systems.
• Integration with smart technologies to optimise energy consumption.
• Creation of custom interior design features including decorative hidden lighting for false ceilings. 
• Design, creation and fitting of luxury furniture and fittings according to the clients’ specifications.
• Concept design of property landscaping to create the garden areas.
• Construction works successfully completed in June 2022.
