This project features the complete renovation and refitting of a luxury 1980’s mansion with Art Deco elements.

PROJECT SUMMARY DATA:

• Construction works begun in April 2020.
• 400+ sq/m of interior property area to be renovated and refitted.
• 100% replacement of legacy electricity, plumbing and sewage systems.
• Addition of underfloor heating on all floors.
• Preservation of the property’s historic elements including rare marble fireplace and bathroom countertops. 
• Integration with smart technologies to optimise energy consumption.
• Creation of custom interior design features according to the clients’ specifications. 
• Remodelling of all garden areas to modernise the property. 
• Enhancement of security features including gateways, perimetric fencing and smart alarm infrastructure. 
• Repair of garage areas and refitting to accommodate electric vehicles. 
• Design, creation and fitting of luxury furniture and fittings according to the clients’ specifications.
• Construction works successfully completed in June 2021.
